EVENTS ASSISTANT

Our on-site events assistants will be our eyes and ears for a specified city or leading up to an event. Events assistants will lead the mission of creating mass FOMO for our of followers, and work with Events Coordinator to execute programming. EA’s are expected to utilize mutual platforms to create unique copy, collect newsworthy content for multi-channel use, and report live from the event. Roles and responsibilities may vary.

EVENT DESIGN COORDINATOR

Events Coordinators are the glue the holds us together, kind of like our glue dots and fishing wire! If furthering yourself and advancing in the event design drives you to do more, this is an opportunity to grow with us and unite your community. Work collaboratively to coordinate programs and events in respective cities, this includes: client retention, design calls, sourcing colors and materials, placing orders, and creating our custom design mock-ups from scratch, yourself. You are a perfect fit if you are an independent worker, self-starter, and you can execute under pressure. Roles and responsibilities may vary.

BALLOON TECH

We need you in your running shoes! Our Balloon Techs are crucial to our success. Our Balloon Techs are expected to engage socially and internally prior to with our clients, and have availability to train in balloon design, to add to the skills that you may already possess!, and available to take on 2-4 installations a week or weekend independently. We will equip you with the tool kit you need to achieve any and every balloon design thrown at you, and bring all POPPED! visions to life. Activities include, but are not limited to: training, setup, breakdown, clean-up, and operations. A level of event management and strong communication is expected from our Balloon Techs, in addition to strong people skills and a positive can-do attitude!
